What is the Chorda Project?

Chorda is a platform for learning to play the Portuguese guitar.

The Portuguese guitar is accessible to everyone.

Everyone is welcome to our classes, and there is no age limit for learning the Portuguese guitar. Classes for children generally start around the age of 6-7, depending on their level of understanding and musical knowledge. From there, there is no maximum age, and we believe that anyone can learn the Portuguese guitar regardless of age, gender, nationality, etc.

Even though it is closely associated with this musical style, like any instrument, it can be used for other styles.
